Holidays and High+ Season (October and June): $275.00 per weeknight / $450 per weekend night

High Season (July-September, November, March 15-May): $250.00 per weeknight / $425 per weekend night

Winter (December-March 14): $225.00 per weeknight / $325 per weekend night

Two night minimum required for all stays.
Three night minimum required for holidays.

Children under 12 stay free. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests accommodated by the cabin (6 adults) and the number of guests included in your reservation. You will be charged for additional guests and may be asked to leave without refund if the number exceeds the occupancy of the cabin. Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property and must be present as a guest and held accountable for all other guests through the duration of the reservation.

• Full payment is due at the time you make your reservation. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX accepted.
• Check-In: After 4:00 p.m.
• Check-Out: By 11:00 a.m.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Cancellations accepted up until 10 days prior to scheduled arrival at which time a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee will be processed.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
• Please note that there is a HockingHills.com 6% service fee at the time of booking - this service fee is not affiliated with the lodging owner or Book Hocking property management. If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so within 20 days of the initial booking date to receive a 100% refund of the Service Fee amount.
